What does a video or reel cost in Vienna?
A reel or short video starts at 190 € per video, a product video at 490 €, a brand film at 1,490 €. The price depends on duration, effort and editing. All prices are net plus 20% VAT. In the quote you see scope, delivery date and usage rights in advance.
What do photos and shoots cost?
Product photos cost from 15 € per image for a minimum of 20 images, a business or team shoot from 190 €, a location or hospitality shoot from 290 €. All prices net. The images are delivered edited, and use for your business is settled in the quote.
What does drone footage cost?
Aerial photos start at 290 € with up to 20 edited photos, drone videos at 490 €, the property and business package with photo and video at 690 €. Travel within Vienna is included. All prices are net plus 20% VAT. We clarify permits and flight planning in advance.
Can I combine video, photo and drone in one appointment?
Yes, that often makes sense and is cheaper than separate appointments. On one shoot day, reels, photos and aerial images are created in the same look. We plan the sequence in advance so that light, subjects and order fit. We give you the total price in the quote, before the date is fixed.
How long until I receive the material?
That depends on the scope. Photos and aerial images are usually edited within a few days, as are reels; a brand film takes longer because of concept and editing. We set the delivery date in the quote. For urgent dates we say honestly what is possible, instead of promising something we cannot keep.
May I use the material anywhere?
We settle the usage rights in the quote. Permanent use for your business on website, social media, ads and in print is customary. For people in the picture we obtain consents, and for music we make sure the licences are valid for advertising. This does not replace legal advice.
Do you also shoot outside Vienna?
Yes, by arrangement. Our focus is Vienna and Lower Austria, and travel within Vienna is included for drone footage. For dates outside, we plan in bundles and state the travel costs in advance. For drone flights we also check flight restrictions at the location and clarify any necessary permits before the date is fixed.
Do I have to be in front of the camera?
No. Many videos show products, processes, spaces or hands at work. Those who want to appear on camera often seem especially approachable, but are under no obligation. We guide you through the shoot, and you do not have to memorise anything. On request we write the sequence and texts together with you.
