2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data (for example IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in log files in order to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO)).

3. Contact form, appointment booking and quick checks

If you contact us via a form, request an appointment or request a quick check with a personal evaluation, we process your details (name, email, phone, message, and where applicable company, website, budget range, preferred time and the result of the check) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR (DSGVO)). The enquiry is stored in our website system and forwarded to us by email. You receive an automatic confirmation by email. For evaluation purposes we also store the page visited, the language and, where applicable, campaign parameters (UTM) of your session. We store enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and as statutory retention periods apply.

4. Website check (Google PageSpeed Insights)

If you use the website check, we transmit the address you enter to Google’s PageSpeed Insights interface (Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC). Google retrieves the page and returns measurement values. We briefly cache the address checked and the measurement values (for up to six hours) to avoid repeated queries, and keep them in a measurement log (without names). To limit abuse, we store a non-reversible hash of your IP address for one hour. Please only enter addresses of public websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the tool (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO)).

5. WhatsApp, phone and email

Clicking the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) on your device. Data is only transmitted once you send a message there; WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply. If you call or email us, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry.

6. Instagram embeds

Instagram posts are only loaded from Instagram after you click (“Load post”). In the process, data (for example your IP address) is transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (DSGVO)).

7. Cookies, local storage and analytics

As technically necessary, we briefly store campaign parameters and the referrer of your visit in your browser (session storage) so that we can attribute enquiries to the right source. This information only leaves your browser if you submit a form.

With your consent, Google Tag Manager and/or Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) may be used on this website to measure anonymised statistics and the effect of ads. Without your consent, no analytics or advertising cookie is set and no Google script is loaded. We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you decide, all storage is denied. We store your decision for up to six months in your browser (local storage, entry “digt_consent”). You can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (DSGVO), § 165(3) TKG 2021).

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact office@digtatur.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
