AI videos and AI images for businesses in Vienna: fast, on-brand and properly labelled
In brief
AI images and AI videos are a modern complement to real shoots, for example for scenes, ad creatives, variants and short social media clips. digtatur produces them from €290 for an AI image package (up to 10 final images), from €490 for an AI video (up to approx. 30 seconds with editing, sound and subtitles) and from €890 per month for a content package (e.g. 12 images and 4 short videos), in each case excl. 20 % VAT. Real people, real products and real spaces we still prefer to film for real.
AI models for images and video make it possible to produce, in a short time, creatives and scenes that used to require a whole day of shooting. For businesses, that means more variants, faster tests and often lower costs for ads and social media.
At the same time, AI has clear limits and legal pitfalls. A product has to look in advertising the way it does in reality, real people must not be recreated without consent, and some content is subject to labelling requirements. That is why we use AI where it makes sense, check every result by hand and tell you openly when a real shoot is the better choice. The range of tools changes quickly, so we work with the leading AI models for image and video at any given time.

What are AI images and AI videos suited for?
AI works well when it is about mood, scene and variety:
Ad creatives: backgrounds, scenes and concepts for Meta and Google ads, in many variants for testing
Social media posts: graphics, illustrations and short clips that tell topics visually
Short animated clips and reels: motion from still images (image-to-video), intros and transitions
Product scenes: an existing product photo in new settings and seasons, as long as the product itself remains unchanged
Mockups and concepts: visualising packaging, rooms or campaigns before production
Backgrounds and extensions: extending formats, filling in image edges, replacing backgrounds
For continuous content, it is worth combining this with our social media marketing, so that AI content and real posts fit together.
Where does AI have limits, and when is a real shoot better?
We are honest: AI does not replace a shoot, it complements one. Real footage is better when:
People are the focus, such as team, owners or customers. Real faces build trust, and AI people quickly look interchangeable.
Your specific product is being shown. Buyers need to see what they will get. AI must not alter details.
Your premises matter, such as a restaurant, practice or workshop. Guests expect what they see.
Known technical weaknesses that we actively check: text and lettering in images, hands and details, logos and trademarks, characters staying consistent across several clips, and movement sequences in videos. Whatever does not come out cleanly, we rebuild, add lettering and logos afterwards or film for real. For real footage, see videography and photography.

How does AI content stay on-brand?
Without guidelines, AI delivers random looks. So that your content is recognisably yours, we work with a style guide:
Brand: colours, typography, visual language and tone of voice from your corporate design (see graphic design)
References: existing photos, product images and examples that the AI uses as a guide
Guidelines: documented instructions so that new images are produced in the same look
Post-processing: colour correction, lettering and logo are added by us, not by the AI
This keeps content consistent across weeks and channels. You can read why this also matters for discoverability in the article Corporate design and AI search.
Who owns AI images, and what usage rights do I have?
The legal position on AI content is still evolving. In practice: you receive from us the agreed usage rights for your business communication, such as website, social media, ads and print. We set out scope, duration and media in the quote.
Please note: purely AI-generated images are, according to the current view, often not protected by copyright, or only to a limited extent, because there may be no human creative contribution. Others could produce similar creatives. If exclusivity is important (for example for a logo or mascot), we raise this in advance and combine AI with our own design work. Please also check the terms of use of the models used; we take them into account when selecting. This is guidance and not legal advice.
What is legally permitted, and what is not?
We follow clear rules that also protect your brand:
No recreation of living people without consent: face, voice and appearance are protected (personality rights, GDPR). This applies especially to celebrities and employees.
No imitation of artists or brands: we do not produce images “in the style of” particular living artists and do not use other parties’ logos or trademarks.
No misleading content: under competition law (UWG), advertising must not deceive. A product in advertising must look and work as it does in reality. No invented results, no invented customer testimonials.
No sensitive content: no realistic-looking forgeries of events or statements
If you want a creative that touches these lines, we will tell you openly and suggest an alternative.
Do I have to label AI content?
In part, yes, and the rules are becoming stricter. The EU AI Act provides for transparency obligations, in particular for content that looks like real people, places or events (deepfakes) and for AI interactions. In addition, platforms such as Meta and TikTok in some cases require a label (“AI-generated”) for realistic-looking AI content and have their own advertising policies. The details and deadlines change, so we follow the current position and recommend labelling when in doubt.
A practical rule of thumb: if content looks like a recording of real people or events, label it. Purely illustrative or obviously artistic creatives are less critical. We explain this in detail in the article Labelling AI advertising: the AI Act in Austria. This is guidance and not legal advice.
Can I combine real footage and AI?
Yes, and it is often the best solution. Examples:
A real product photo stays unchanged, and only the setting, season or mood is extended with AI
A real shooting day provides footage from which we use AI to add extra scenes, transitions or backgrounds for variants
A photo becomes a short, animated clip for reels through image-to-video
Real people and spaces are at the centre, and AI supplies concept visuals and additional creatives
This gives you credibility through real footage and efficiency through AI. You can read more about the role of AI in our work in the article AI tools in agency work.
We deliver images in high resolution for web and ads, and videos in standard HD quality (higher, depending on your wishes and the model). For print, we agree requirements in advance, because AI images sometimes have to be upscaled for it. Rounds of corrections are included in the package, usually two. We set out the exact format, resolution and correction package in the quote. The process is simple: briefing, preview, correction, delivery. You see results early and approve them step by step.
Frequently asked questions: AI Videos and AI Images for Businesses in Vienna
What do AI images and AI videos cost?
At digtatur, an AI image package costs from €290 net for up to 10 final images, and an AI video from €490 for a video of up to approx. 30 seconds with editing, sound and subtitles. The monthly AI content package starts from €890 per month, for example with 12 images and 4 short videos for social media. All prices plus 20 % VAT.
Can AI videos replace a real video shoot?
No, they complement it. AI is suited to scenes, concepts, backgrounds and variants. When people, your specific product or your premises are the focus, a real shoot is more credible. Often a combination of real footage and AI extensions is the best solution.
Who owns the AI-generated images?
You receive from us the agreed usage rights for your business communication. Purely AI-generated images are, according to the current view, often only protected by copyright to a limited extent, so others could produce similar creatives. For logos or mascots, we therefore combine AI with our own design. This is guidance and not legal advice.
Do I have to label AI content?
For realistic-looking content that depicts people, places or events, yes, under the EU AI Act and the policies of platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Obviously illustrative creatives are less critical. We advise you on this and label when in doubt. You can read the details in the article Labelling AI advertising.
May AI images show real people?
Only with consent. The face and voice of living people are protected by personality rights and the GDPR, even if the image is created by AI. We do not recreate celebrities or employees without written consent. For team and owners, we recommend real footage.
May my product look different in AI images?
No. Advertising must not mislead (UWG). The product must match reality in shape, colour and function. We therefore use real product photos as a basis and change only the setting and mood. Differences between image and goods lead to returns and legal risks.
Which AI tools do you use?
We use the leading AI models for image and video at any given time and switch when better options emerge, because the tools change quickly. What counts for you is the result and the checking. We give no guarantee on a particular tool, but on an agreed scope of delivery.
How long does an AI video or an image package take?
Preview and delivery are usually much faster than with a shoot, often within a few days. The duration depends on scope, complexity and rounds of corrections. We state the date in the quote. For the monthly package, we plan fixed delivery dates.
In which formats will I receive the content?
We deliver 9:16 for reels, TikTok and stories, 1:1 for feed and ads, and 16:9 for website and YouTube. Images in high resolution, videos in HD quality, higher on request. Subtitles and music are included with videos. For print, we clarify the requirements in advance.
How many corrections are included?
As a rule, two rounds of corrections are included; the exact number is stated in the quote. Small adjustments such as lettering, colour, editing or subtitles are usually quickly done. A completely new idea or a different look is a new commission. This keeps the framework clear for both sides.
